    FDPIC: Handle arm*-*-uclinuxfdpiceabi in configure scripts
    
    In libtool.m4, we use uclinuxfdpiceabi in cases where ELF shared
    libraries support is required, as uclinux does not guarantee that.
    
            * libtool.m4: Handle uclinuxfdpiceabi.
