Nick,
in July 2020 you moved xc16x from config.bfd's ordinary obsolete list
to the "no longer supported" one (commit 04f096fb9e25). I was therefore
wondering if a patch would be okay to remove all traces of it except
for this list entry (but I don't want to put time into doing so without
having asked).
