The CRIS testcase doesn't support 64bit BFD. "make check" will fail
for CRIS if 64bit BFD is used.

I interpret this as meaning there are problems with "make check"
on a 64-bit system or with
"configure --target=cris --enable-64-bit-bfd && make all && make check".
Ok, I've repeated this using --enable-64-bit-bfd on a 32-bit
host; the CRIS-specific GAS-tests fail. Most of the failures
seem to come from missing leading bits (need 8 more 0:s or f:s)
in the testsuite regexes; I'll see how to fix this best. Thanks
for reporting this.

Yes.

Just a little heads-up: I've tweaked the gas/cris testsuite
patterns, so the many failures for a 64-bit BFD are gone.
Though for a 64-bit BFD you get these:
XPASS: gas/cris/shexpr-1
XPASS: gas/cris/range-err-1.s (test for errors, line 28)
XPASS: gas/cris/range-err-1.s (test for errors, line 37)
XPASS: gas/cris/range-err-1.s (test for errors, line 49)
Those will have to wait.
