Hi, I'm examing the help for objcopy and determining how I can use
it to create an srec for use in programming a single,16-bit wide ROM.

From the descriptions of --byte= and --interleave= it appears that this
can be done if I had an 8bit x 1, 2 or 4 devices, but I have the need to

create an srec for a 16bit x 1 (or 2) device.

Can objcopy create "16-bit wide" srecs? (as opposed to 2 8bit wide
srecs)

Thanks,
Eric

No, but it should be relatively easy to do so.
