hi to all,

     i like to develop new gcc for new ARM architecture. before that i have=
 to change the binutils i think. in assembler i know, how to add new functi=
onalities, what are the files needed changes.  but i am not sure how to cha=
nge the loader. where it needs changes. if any one knows please let me know=
 this.=20
    same time i need one more help. whether tools changes in the tools as ,=
 ld ,bfd is enough.
