The code is duplicated when both ELF32 and ELF64 are configured.
Also it isn't easy to debug it. You need to handle both elfxx-ia64.c
and elf64-ia64.c. But it seems to too much effort to add elf32-ia64
add elf64-ia64.c. I gave it up.
