If I set `link_info.indirect_extern_access = 1;` in ld/ldmain.c,
bfd/elf-properties.c:654 will create a
GNU_PROPERTY_1_NEEDED_INDIRECT_EXTERN_ACCESS note.
This will probably be unexpected (and check-ld will have 280+ failures).
