The attached patch is the portion of the RTEMS binutils 2.11.2
patch which is not currently on the trunk. I assume it also
still needs to be applied to the release branch.

Bad assumption. :-)
Nick seems to have checked that patch in to the trunk on 18 Feb, but I can't
find any mention of it in the changelog. At any rate, it isn't on the
2.11 branch, but I'll check it in there now.
