In addition to this, as noticed while doing some of the cleanup that
I've just posted a series for, I think this
#define EXwScalarS { OP_EX, w_scalar_swap_mode }
wants to be
#define EXwS { OP_EX, w_swap_mode }
as the "scalar-ness" doesn't really matter here, and names would
then be better in line with others we've got already.
