Here is a resubmission of the ld files, without forking elf.sc.

	eelf32tilepro.c.
	(ALL_64_EMULATION_SOURCES): Add eelf64tilegx.c.

	(eelf64tilegx.c): Likewise.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* configure.tgt: Handle tilegx-*-* and tilepro-*-*.
