Subject: Gold linker / solaris PR ping

Hi,
I submitted a bug report on the gold linker failing to link Solaris
system libraries a couple of weeks ago:

https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=22656

Has anyone has a chance to look at it?
I can provide copies of the Solaris 10 system libraries if needed.
It's extremely easy to reproduce, and I suspect the cause/fix will be
obvious to someone inspecting the file (My take is that gold linker
assumes the system library was also linked by a GNU linker, which is not
the case on solaris).

If anyone can look at the issue, I'd be grateful. I'd really like gold
linker to work on Solaris.

Regards,
John
