         (elfcore_grok_aarch_hw_watch): Likewise.
         (elfcore_grok_note): Call the new functions to handle the
         corresponding notes.
         (elfcore_write_aarch_tls): New function.
         (elfcore_write_aarch_hw_break): Likewise.
