and ftp.gnu.org in the usual places, e.g. ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/binutils/.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to the release. The branch remains
open for bug fixes.
More than 60 targets were built and tested. Almost all of them (56) pass
the testsuite without failure.

makeinfo: Removing output file `standards.info' due to errors; use --force to
preserve.

Did you configure with --enable-maintainer-mode ?

Ok, it is not in the ETC_SUPPORT list of src-release.
