This patch adds support for MVE instructions VQDMLAH, VQRDMLAH, 
VQDMLASH, VQRDMLASH, VQDMULH, and VQRDMULH

	(do_mve_vqdmlah): New encoding function.
         (insns): Change entries and add new entries for MVE mnemonics.
	* testsuite/gas/arm/mve-vqdmulh-bad.d: New test.
	* testsuite/gas/arm/mve-vqdmulh-bad.l: New test.
	* testsuite/gas/arm/mve-vqdmulh-bad.s: New test.
