Happy to. (I should have been doing more internal reviews than I did,
but my relative dilatoriness means I can look on this series with fresh
and picky eyes!)

(I'm going on holiday in a couple of weeks, but I'll see if I can get my
decks cleared for a pile of reviewing before that. I don't want this to
hang over everyone for ages just because I'm busy.)
