On the GDB side, I'm not aware of the IA64 code causing any significant
issues for anyone, so I don't see any particular rush to delete it,
especially if there's still interest in IA64 support.

If someone knows of problems that exist then that would for sure change
my opinion.  But without a strong motivation, my vote would be hold off
for a while longer.
