This patch adds tests for MIPS16 PLT entries, microMIPS PLT entries and
microMIPS lazy-binding stubs. It's along the lines mentioned in:
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.gnu.binutils/61257
Maciej, you were concerned that this might lose some of your original
testing, so please let me know if I missed something. We can tweak the
tests or add new ones if necessary.
Tested on the usual targets and applied.
