Hi Guys,
I am applying the attached patch to add support for using the #hi()
pseudo-op on symbols. Prior to the patch it would only work with
constant values.

Generate BFD_RELOC_MSP430_ABS_HI16 if vshift is 1.
(msp430_srcoperand): Store vshift value in operand.
