Subject: 2.42 branch open for commits

Hi Guys,
The 2.42 release is out and so the binutils-2_42 branch is
open for commits as normal. IE there is no longer any need
for special approval from me, and you can backport fixes to
the branch if they are approved for the mainline, without
having to seek extra approval.
Cheers
Nick
