FAIL: shared (non PIC, load offset)
Version gnu/binutils-010603/binutils/readelf 010603
FAIL: readelf -wi

Not all platforms support it. See ld-shared/shared.exp for details.

I think you can safely ignore both of those: neither are situations that are
likely to arise in normal use.
