For the last couple of days I have been working on a patch set, mostly for the testsuite, to resolve the outstanding issues. I still have some work to complete as a test case is playing tricks with me and I actually need to run it under GDB to understand what is going on there, but I do hope to have finished by the end of today, or tomorrow the latest.
