Subject: [PATCH 6/6] gas/NEWS: drop mention of Arm64's SVE2.1 and SME2.1
Date: Fri, 23 Feb 2024 12:30:51 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <d95f0a03-7fa8-4a6a-97a4-7595d9e4ca9d@suse.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <2dbdd49f-2302-4dbc-98ba-0bdaf3c4cad2@suse.com>

... plus the SME part of B16B16. As per

https://sourceware.org/pipermail/binutils/2024-February/132408.html

SVE2.1 support is both incomplete and buggy. SME2.1 "support" goes as
far as a single instruction (a subset of movaz forms) only. The SME part
of B16B16 is entirely missing.
