Here are some more tests for the ARM assembler.   These test that the raw 
bitfields in the main table are correct for each instruction (they should 
have been added when I committed one of my earlier patches that re-wrote 
the parser).

The existing floating point test continues to check that register 
assignments get put into the correct bits.

In addition I've enabled the le-fpconst test for arm-elf.  In order to do 
this it is necessary to tell the dumper to only dump the .text section, 
but that should be compatible with the existing uses of this test.
