Thanks. This has been applied. But only for the Fedora containers.

I installed them on the centos7-x86_64.
For debian-i386 I installed librpm-dev libimaevm-dev ima-evm-utils libssl-dev
rpmsign is part of the rpm package on Debian
On the debian-armhf and debian-arm64 libimaevm-dev and ima-evm-utils
aren't available (older version of Debian).
