Fix GDB data imports

This series of patches addresses a number of problems I've discovered
while attempting to verify Bunsen imports of test data that I've
been collecting for a couple of years.

With these patches, I can now import the data from my eleven test
runs and reliably verify that I can effectively recreate gdb.sum
using the data recorded in Bunsen.

[PATCH 1/4] Rewrite gdb.parse_dejagnu_sum

This patch rewrites gdb.parse_dejagnu_sum, making it significantly
simple and more reliable. With the current version of this function,
I have been consistently seeing 8,000+ "missing" tests -- tests
that are recorded in gdb.sum but never make it into the Bunsen
database.

After chasing down a number of problems, I found it was much easier
to simply rewrite this function. Consequently, my Bunsen imports of
gdb.sum now account for every test.

[PATCH 2/4] Add verbose option to +summarize

This patch adds a new option to the +summarize subcommand that
can be used to output all the recorded (sub)test results of
the listed test files.

This permits even finer-grained examination of testing. I largely
use this to validate bunsen imports.

[PATCH 3/4] Add new outcomes to summarize script

GDB has a number of custom test outcomes which occasionally appear
in test results. This patch adds the appropriate DejaGNU output string
for these outcomes.

This patch also outputs a footnote whenever the DUPLICATE outcome
is seen. For GDB, this number will not be the same as the number
reported in gdb.sum, since that reported number is the number
of unique duplicates. The number we record in Bunsen is the
total number of tests that have the DUPLICATE outcome.

# of duplicate test names	357

vs

$ grep ^DUPLICATE gdb.log | wc -l
428

It is this last number that the script reports.

[PATCH 4/4] Add support for reading the target_board

The model has some minimal support for DejaGNU target_board already,
but it is not being recorded anywhere. This patch adds these missing
bits.

GDB testing regularly includes several target boards, e.g.,
unix/-m32, native-extended-gdbserver/-m64, and so on. The target
board is output to gdb.{log,sum} with the line

   Running target TARGET_BOARD

Note that Bunsen can currently only handle one target board at a time.
This is not an attempt to fix that yet.

After this patch, +summarize should be able to output this information
(instead of the current "<unknown board>". To use this feature,
data must obviously be re-imported.
