Hi,

I have started hacking on bunsen to suit my specific use-case, and I thought
I would pause a moment to figure out how to properly submit any patches I
might write (only one "get feet wet" patch right now).

I don't see anything like a CONTRIBUTING file or other documentation
describing how project maintainers would like this done.

So, what say/advise/require ye?
