operands.
(-gen-arch-model-decls): Don't generate unit enum declaration or MAX_UNITS
here.
(<operand>'gen-profile-code): New parameter 'when'.

(<insn>'gen-profile-code): Ditto.
(<unit>'gen-profile-code): Ditto. Only generate 'referenced' and
'insn_reference' for the 'after' function.
