	(cgen-write.cxx): Replace per-insn writebacks with single write
	stack writeback. Add write stack reset function.
	(-gen-scache-semantic-fn insn): Replace parexec stuff with write
	stack stuff.
	* rtl-c.scm (xop): Clone operand into delayed operand if #:delayed
	estate attribute set.
	(delay): Set #:delayed attribute to calculated delay, update
	maximum delay of cpu, check (delay ...) usage.
	* operand.scm (<operand>): Add delayed slot to <operand>.
	* mach.scm (<cpu>): Add max-delay slot to <cpu>.
	* dev.scm (load-sid): Set APPLICATION to SID-SIMULATOR.
	* doc/rtl.texi (Expressions): Add section on (delay ...).
