* intrinsics.scm (intrinsics-analyze!): Include aliases.
(guess-mode): Drop COP* syntax.
(need-insn): Add "--syscall--" to the list.
(enum-type): Drop COP* syntax.
(intrinsics.h): Likewise.
(intrinsic-protos.h): Change file header to allow it to be
included.
