I forgot to mention that this patch causes no changes to files
in binutils and sim marked "THIS FILE IS MACHINE GENERATED WITH
CGEN" for i960, m32r and xstormy16, when regenerated.  As
before, I'd like to hear about what'd be considered suitable
test coverage for a patch like this.
