* pmacros.scm (-pmacro-builtin-equal?): Renamed from
-pmacro-builtin-equals. All callers updated.
(pmacros-init!): Rename .equals to .equal?.
* doc/pmacros.texi: Update.
* testsuite/pmacros-1.test: Update.
