Approved - please apply, but...

   1.  Please could you add mention of the support for the new 
architecture to the gas/NEWS file ?

   2.  Current the GAS part of the ms1 port is missing a documentation 
file (gas/doc/c-ms1.texi).  Would you care to write one ?  Then you can 
document the new value for the -march= switch. :-)
