Thanks. It was the gas/config/tc-TARGET I had forgotten all
about. I see kind of how that adds up now.
Lets see if I can make that work.

You need to do some gas/bfd hacking outside cgen's purview.
See gas/config/tc-TARGET, bfd/elf*-TARGET, include/elf/TARGET*,
etc. All hand-made, I'm afraid.
