This is a small patch for the MAX_OPERANDS > 128 :
CGEN_SYNTAX_CHAR_TYPE problem. CGEN_SYNTAX_CHAR_TYPE will now be
typedef'd to an unsigned short regardless of MAX_OPERAND.
Reviewed and approved.
You didn't mention it, but I think I remember you saying that this change
was tested on a couple of ports.
