commit 28ad2cde0e76c92ece9a28b453b931a43c584340
Author: Christine Caulfield <ccaulfie@redhat.com>
Date: Tue Jun 10 14:29:07 2008 +0100

    [CCS] Clear sockaddr before use

This is a wishful attempt at fixing bz#221528.

The sockaddr_in is not cleared before use. It is everywhere else
and the man page recommends it.
