Hi:

       Please tell me how to
build a library(newlib) for M68k and ARM Platform under
cygwin.
       First:Can I use Libtool
and build a shared Library?(Even use Libtool to create DLLs)
       Secoond: And I
think that only  files under Director ligbloss needed modified. Is
that right?
       Third:I don't see any
file related about ARM.Where are they?
       Thanks!

Yes, if your OS of target can load it and run. And the dll created by
libtool is only for windoze.

To build newlib, you have to build binutils and gcc for target first. It
will compilied the C code of newlib into machine code.
