From looking at the config file I though that CT_PREFIX_DIR is the directory
where the compiler is searching for its files during runtime and
CT_INSTALL_DIR is similar to DESTDIR where the compiler is installed to.
From looking at the sources of crosstool-ng that doesn't seems to be the
case.
I want to use crosstool-ng to build a rpm package and don't want to do that as
root.
