Hi,
If I enable building the documentation (CT_BUILD_MANUALS=y), then
the build fails:
make[2]: Entering directory `.../.build/arm-unknown-linux-uclibcgnueabi/build/build-binutils-host-i686-build_pc-linux-gnu/gas'
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `install-pdf'. Stop.
make[2]: Leaving directory `.../.build/arm-unknown-linux-uclibcgnueabi/build/build-binutils-host-i686-build_pc-linux-gnu/gas'
Using "crosstool-NG version 1.15.3".

To make pdf, you should install "texlive" related packages.

The problem is that the target install-pdf is missing from the Makefile.

What version of binutils are you using?

1.16.0 is out, now. 1.15.x is no longer maintained.
