I have already checked http://www.objsw.com/CrossGCC/ , section 4.7 (the "mailto:" for subscribing to the list may be out of date, is there a newer way to subscribe to this mailing list?), and http://www.xraylith.wisc.edu/~khan/software/gnu-win32/cygwin-to-linux-cross-howto.txt , but haven't gotten past compile-time errors when building gcc (binutils seems fine).
