Build fails with "Installing C library headers & start files"

Hello,

I try to build 1.15.3 version. I need it for BeagleBoard so decided to 
use arm-cortex_a8-linux-gnueabi.

But during building I can't pass "Installing C library headers & start 
files". Below is my build output (last lines):
