For all who reads/cares.
I managed to find setting CT_CLOOG_V_0_15_11=y instead worked for
downloading, so now compiling a toolchain.
Looks as if the download location gets rid of older releases?
Unfortunate really. I guess the idea is to merge with cloog eventually
though.
