scripts: fix ln issue when CT_USE_SYSROOT is not "y"
When CT_USE_SYSROOT is not "y", CT_SYSROOT_DIR is
${CT_PREFIX_DIR}/${CT_TARGET}. The loop will create meaningless link
lib->lib. -n (no-dereference) can handle this case.
