Jasmin, Jean-Marie, list,

https://travis-ci.org/crosstool-ng/crosstool-ng/builds/85310149
...failed in a strange way, considering it was just a trivial
documentation change.

I'm wondering if you can help me understand what happened here?

Cheers,

-Bryan

Hi!

I am not familiar with travis-ci. I can only guess ... .

The 3 builds before worked without any error.
Build 45 did work again.
Maybe they did something on the server, which did influence only this build.

travis-ci builds will randomly fail - its not super uncommon.

You can however force travis to re-run a build without pushing again
if you have access to the repo to verify that its a random failure.

More details below.

Hi,

It seems that the virtual machine file system was in failure ... or
maybe the vm kernel ... or maybe both :)

As Austin said, you should try to restart the build. It should be better.
