Updated information. I am able to successfully build the cross-compiler
(did not test it yet) using version 1.13.4 of ct-ng. Starting with
1.14.0 I get the same behaviour where gmp hangs. In both cases (1.13.4
and 1.14.0) I am using the default configuration, except that I target
an x86 host with 64 bits.
