APR and APR-util, portability and miscellaneous utility libraries,
have been updated in the Cygwin net distribution to version 0.9.5-1.
This is a minor upgrade from the 0.9.5 development version bundled with
apache 2.0.52 to the real 0.9.5 release, which has, at last, occurred.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your
system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
