The following packages have been updated for the Cygwin distribution:
*** curl-7.28.1-1
*** libcurl4-7.28.1-1
*** libcurl-devel-7.28.1-1
cURL is a library and command line tool for transferring data with URL
syntax, supporting numerous protocols, SSL certificates, HTTP POST, HTTP
PUT, FTP uploading, HTTP form based upload, proxies, cookies, user
+password authentication, file transfer resume, proxy tunneling and
more.
This is an update to the latest upstream release. libcurl now depends
on the new libmetalink packages for Metalink support.
