I just uploaded another new setup-1.7.exe (2.621) to
http://cygwin.com/setup-1.7.exe, which contains two changes:
- The new package search/filter field is now accompanied by a "Clear"
button to clear the selection.
- File access is enhanced to allow every administrator to remove or
replace packages installed by another user.
Please replace your local version of setup-1.7.exe with this one.
