The autoconf package has been updated to version 10. Recall that this
package is not the real autoconf, but is a wrapper system to delegate to
the appropriate version of real autoconf (either 2.13 or 2.68 at present).
This is a feature enhancement and compatibility update, which adds
support for the autoconf2.5-2.68 release (as well as all future
autoconf2.5-2.xx releases up to .99).

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link
on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to
your system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
