This also includes the openssl-devel packages. This is an upstream security release fixing CVE-2011-0014. There's no official release message, but here's a pointer to the security advisory: http://www.openssl.org/news/secadv_20110208.txt The Cygwin release is build from the vanilla sources, no additional patches. To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system.
