It has been developed in order to promote the use of JPEG 2000, the new still-image compression standard from the Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG). This release includes a patch to avoid linking with -ffast-math: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1127544 The header has also been moved into a version-specific directory to avoid clashing with openjpeg2's header of the same name. -- Yaakov
